What we collect

The site has no analytics, advertising tags or tracking pixels. The web host keeps short-lived technical logs, such as IP addresses, to keep the site secure.

Why, and on what basis

Your details are used to answer your enquiry and arrange a survey. The legal basis is that you have asked us to take steps towards a contract for windows (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).

Who receives your details

Enquiries are passed to the FENSA-registered installer who handles work from this site. The installer uses your details to contact you, survey and quote, and becomes responsible for them as a controller in its own right. It will tell you its name and give you its own privacy information when it contacts you. Your details are not sold or passed to anyone else for marketing.

How long

If an enquiry does not turn into a job, your details are deleted 12 months after we were last in touch with you. If you go ahead with a Horsham job, the records are kept for 6 years after the work is finished, because tax rules, the window guarantee and legal claims all need them for that long.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or object to their use. Email contact@horshamreplacementwindows.com. If you are unhappy with the answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
